With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (“coronavirus”), we wanted to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers is Woodbine Toyota’s top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time. We are committed to providing a safe experience at our dealership.

Effective Monday, March 23rd Our Dealership will be closed until April 6th.

Our Service Department will, however, remain open for Emergency Service only.

i.e. work related to tires, brakes, engine light, safety recalls and mechanical concerns – please contact us if you have any questions.

For Customers requiring Emergency Service Please Read:

We are still available to assist if you need any emergency services you believe are critical to the safe operation of your vehicle. Please contact us so we can make arrangements.

For Customers with upcoming Service Appointments Please Read:

We will be contacting all guests with an upcoming service appointment to rebook your appointment for a later date if it is not an emergency service/repair. If you have any questions or believe your upcoming service appointment is critical to the safe operation of your vehicle, please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Customers with an upcoming Delivery of a recently purchased vehicle Please Read:

If you have recently purchased a vehicle in full, we will absolutely make arrangements for you to take possession of your recent purchase! We will be contacting all customers with upcoming vehicle delivery dates in order of priority, but feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

For Customers with Upcoming Lease Terminations Please Read:

Don’t worry; there are lots of options available to you, and we are still available to support you. We will be contacting all customers with upcoming lease expiration’s in order of priority to discuss options, but please feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

Enhanced Health & Safety Measures

  • Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols, with particular focus on high traffic and high contact areas such as but not limited to door handles, surfaces, shift knobs, etc. Coronaviruses are easily eliminated by routine surface cleaning and the cleaning products we use are industrial-grade and food-service approved.
  • Installing new hand sanitizing stations throughout our facility, for guest and internal use.
  • Increasing communications and reminders with our customers, partners and employees on important health and safety measures.
